Processing & shipping time.

Our processing time takes around 1-2 days as all our items are made-to-order. If you purchase an item that doesn't need engraving or a choice of birthstone, this process will be quicker. Soon as the product is finished we will place it in the post for you.

Shipping time scale.

We offer FREE shipping on all of our products, with no minimum spend,  to all of our customers worldwide.

UK orders we use Hermes delivery service this can take from 2 - 5 working days (mon - fri) 

We also offer a Next Day Delivery for an extra £6.99 (UK ONLY)

To the Rest of the World this can take up to 20 days.

Tracking.

All of our items are sent via tracked postage. Once the order is on it's way to you. We will send you a link either via email or SMS with the link and tracking number.
